Howard Wright Claims Service Charter
We recognise the need to deliver to you a level of service, which is of the highest quality. This Claims Service Charter reinforces our commitment to provide the best service possible to our customers. We aim to meet this standard on every occasion.
You will receive claims cheques within 30 working days from the date we receive all the necessary documentation. This applies to all damage/loss claims of £1,000 and under providing the incident giving rise to the claim is covered under the Policy. |
We guarantee to stand by this commitment but must make it conditional on the Royal Mail delivering First Class letters on the next working day and exclude delays caused through industrial action.
